Thanks for the note! You&#039;ve obviously studied this at length, and it would be great if you could share a summary of your findings.

In my mind an &#039;ultimate&#039; platform would need to (1) be re-skinnable, (2) provide some robust API&#039;s, and (3) be extendable. You can&#039;t be all things to all people, so any vendor has to pick which problem they&#039;re really out to solve. If you find it, please let me know!</description>

I would be really interested to know what you think the future &#039;ultimate collaboration platform&#039; for enterprise might look like.

My Master&#039;s degree was focused on this very subject and my thesis in the end lead me to conclude that &#039;enterprise collaboration&#039; is an incredibly complex problem to solve.

One of the main issues being the idea of specific vs. generic solutions, both of which have their pros and cons of course.
