		<description>In such a way, I can understand the philosophy of Bose trying to keep the &quot;brand&quot; going strong and true.  What they fail to realize is that word of mouth will always trump what is happening in today&#039;s social media world.  People will interact with others, share items of interest, and recommend things.  Bose should be happy that people would like to resell their product since the &quot;brand awareness&quot; has been established for 40+ years.  In these economic times, you have to ask questions regardless if you are a household name.

Social media is the new wave of hello.  I am not sure the &quot;process&quot; is flawed, it is the PERSON involved within the process that was flawed.</description>
