		<description>Great post.  Thanks for including a key point:  that the guidelines complement BBC&#039;s strategy.  So many policies are done in a vacuum.

Companies need to align these policies with strategies, and then realign processes, training and management practices to support the policy - or at least to make it the least bit relevant. :-)</description>
