Peter - when I used to buy research from Greenwich that tracked the performance of investment banks - the deep value came in the personal meetings where we went beneath the data.

Is this not the true value of research for all?

Like medicine, there is diagnosis and then there is empathic diagnosis

Seem to me that I would hire an analyst and feel good about their employer if I could see first hand that they were clever, thoughtful and good to be with - hey like you or James
