You capture a common problem that most organization face....even if they don't know that they do. I always thought inviting folks into a conference room was the important part, but i see it is really about getting people who want to be engaged....naturally engaged. There is great power in a group of disparate brains focused, with enthusiasm, on a common goal. Think i may have to bring the screw gun to work tomorrow and move some of the whiteboards out to the hallways. :) cheers, dave Great post Dave.
