Associate

We are seeking an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic self-starter who will help deliver social business design services to clients. You will work closely within project teams and take responsibility for assisting with client engagements including data gathering and analysis, project management, and deliverable creation. The perfect candidate will be high-energy and intellectually curious, with a strong interest in social business. You will need excellent computing skills, superior communications skills, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.

Main Responsibilities

Associates work as part of project teams that consult with clients on strategy, process, culture, and technology. They are responsible for managing research requests, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, conducting interviews, and helping form recommendations. Associates create project-related deliverables and should be able to present their work to client executives. They also assist with elements of project management as necessary.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Work experience in a consulting or research environment desirable
• Need to understand how to collect data and access a wide range of resources
• Must have attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication skills – both written and oral – are critical
• Positive attitude necessary
• Extensive travel required
