Research provides the basis for Dachis Group thought leadership. We operate four research tracks: ecosystem, hivemind, dynamic signal, and metafilter. Our approach utilizes traditional qualitative and quantitative techniques in addition to emerging methods.

Custom Investigation

Our analysts are available to deep-dive into specific social business issues, delivering insight to inform strategy, implementation, and managed services. These projects are often incorporated into social business strategy formulation and can also stand alone to supplement ongoing corporate initiatives.

Syndicated Analysis

Our analysts provide thought leadership through research briefs and hands-on evaluations. For example, we may research latest trends in filtering based on expert and client interviews and recommend listening strategy, or test a group of competitive dynamic signal tools in our technology lab to provide clients with a ranking and purchase recommendations.

Participatory Research

Workgroup Collaboration

Dachis Group facilitates discussions among small ecosystem groups to share best practices. These conversations allow businesses to gain peer-to-peer insight based on industry and role.

Open Access Discussions

We invite our ecosystem to participate in Dachis Group research to further develop and refine Social Business Design concepts. The Collaboratory provides our main engagement platform, in addition to other open access platforms.
