One of the great things about hamburgers is that there are a million and one ways to top them. As such, a hamburger can be tailored to any individual’s preferences and provide a taste that is uniquely satisfying to that consumer. Much like hamburgers, social marketing campaigns can utilize a variety of social channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Foursquare, Tumblr, etc.). When devising said campaigns, choose the channels that match your customers’ tastes (i.e. behaviors and needs).
